Dundaniel House, Innishannon, County Cork
Come in, and let the day slow down.
Holistic therapy, horses, and long quiet hours between the woodland and the river.
Welcome
This is a place before it is a practice. Trees that were here long before us, a river that keeps its own time, horses who notice everything and ask for nothing.
Carolyn O’Keeffe has spent more than twenty-five years sitting with people in the middle of difficult chapters. The work is not hurried and it is never only about symptoms. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
People come with tiredness and pain they cannot name, with grief, with a body that has stopped cooperating, or with patterns that they may mistake for their own identity. There is room here for all of it, and no need to have it tidy or explained before you come.

Who Carolyn is
Healing begins by understanding the whole person.
Carolyn came to this work through a simple, stubborn love of helping people — and a conviction that a body, a history and a heart cannot be treated separately.
Her days move between the clinic, the stables and the woodland paths. Nothing she offers is separate from the land it happens on.
Kinesiology, nutrition, homeopathy, herbs, flower essences, emotional and transgenerational work — gathered over twenty-five years and used only where they are useful.
Her story
“Nature does not hurry, and neither do we.”

The horses
They meet you exactly where you are.
Ground-based and mounted sessions, walks along the river, or simply standing together in the yard. Horses respond to what is actually happening in us, not what we say is happening.
Equine therapyThe place
Woodland, water, stable yard, evening light.

Therapies
Offered gently, one person at a time.
Nutritional assessment through kinesiology. Emotional support and pattern clearing. Transgenerational work. Energy archetypes. Sound baths held alongside the horses.
All therapies
“Come for a conversation first. Everything else can follow.”
