Therapies

Offered gently, one person at a time.

Everything below can be taken on its own or woven together over time. Most people begin with a conversation, and we find the shape of the work from there.

A first consultation is unhurried — usually an hour and a half. We talk through what has been happening, how long it has been happening, and what you have already tried. Nothing is dismissed and everything is relevant.

One

Nutritional assessment

Using kinesiology to explore food intolerances, sensitivities and toxin load — reading what the body already knows rather than guessing.

Support may follow through homeopathy, herbs and flower essences.

Rather than a restrictive list of forbidden foods, the aim is a way of eating you can actually live with — and a clearer sense of why your body has been reacting the way it has.

Two

Emotional support & pattern clearing

Emotional blocks, limiting beliefs and the patterns that keep returning in slightly different clothes. We look at them and work towards change that lasts.

This is often the most challenging work and the one people benefit from the longest. There is no requirement to retell anything painful in detail; the body tends to know where the weight is being held.

Three

Transgenerational patterns

Some of what we carry did not begin with us. This work explores inherited emotional and behavioural patterns and supports their gentle release — with care, and at your pace.

Families pass down more than features. Fear, silence, shame and lack of self-worth can travel through generations, shaping choices that disconnect us from our true selves. Naming them is usually the beginning of release.

Four

Energy archetypes

A way of reading the twelve archetypes — the twelve main energies that make up who you are. This will help you to define your strengths, challenges, direction and life-purpose. People often describe it as confirming something they already knew deep within themselves.

It is a map rather than a verdict — useful for understanding why certain roles feel effortless, why others exhaust you, and where your energy actually wants to go next.
