Carolyn walking a woodland path alongside a client and a small white pony

Carolyn

A quarter century of listening.

Her story

Carolyn did not set out to build a place. She set out to help people, and the place grew around the work — a clinic, then horses, then woodland paths for those who needed to walk before they could speak.

Over twenty-five years she has come to trust one thing above all: that a person cannot be understood in pieces. Digestion and grief, posture and inheritance, sleeplessness and the story someone has been carrying since childhood — they belong to the same body.

Her training gathered slowly rather than all at once: kinesiology, nutrition, homeopathy, herbs and flower essences, emotional and transgenerational work, and the long apprenticeship of simply sitting with people through difficult chapters.

What she offers is not a programme. It is attention — the kind that notices what is said between sentences, and leaves space for the rest to arrive in its own time.

Her approach

Calm, unhurried, and entirely without judgement.

Sessions move at the pace of the person in the room. Nothing is diagnosed at you. Questions are asked gently, and there is always room to say nothing at all.

Kinesiology, homeopathy, herbs and flower essences are tools, not the point. The point is that you leave feeling more like yourself.

Safety comes first, always. Nothing is pushed, nothing is rushed, and you are free to stop, change direction, or simply sit with the horses instead.

The land does much of the work. I simply keep the door open.
